What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We charge Royal Mails current rate for either recorded or next day deliveries as specified by the buyer at the checkout. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We only accept PayPal online. It is the safest and fastest method of paying for your items and enables us to move your items through our process quicker in-store when order picking.


You can visit our store also, cash is accepted over the counter.

How long will delivery take?

Recorded signed for usually takes the same length of time as first class, however if this purchase is urgent we do offer a next day service. Prices can be found at the checkout.

What exactly happens after ordering?

One of our busy little elves will pick the item for you from within our store and package it securely. The item will then be collected by Royal Mail who will process your item to you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Like with any service you will receive a receipt from us via email, this will arrive shortly after your order is confirmed and paid for.
